Program

We offer a quick and permanent weight loss by helping customers improve their eating, exercise and motivational habits.

Eating – together with their personal health advisor, customers choose a weight loss meal plan that suits them. After ten weeks, when most have reached their weight goal, customers switch meal plan and permanent their weight loss with new and improved eating habits.

Exercise – 30 minutes, 2-3 times a week. 'Pulse' performed both individually and in groups together with music and support from Itrim’s exercise leader. A fast and fun, 30 minute exercise includes both aerobic and strength training where the speed and effort is set by each customer’s individual pulse. The exercise program is also sold separately.

Motivation – permanent weight loss is the result of improved habits. Improving habits though, unfortunately, is easier said than done. Itrim’s success lies in motivation and support – both individually and in groups. At individual health check ups customers set goals and follow up recommendations and results. In weekly group meetings customers learn about and practice new healthy habits. Meeting the same participants each week for discussions and support is an important key to our customers’ success.

Customers

Itrim is targeted towards Sweden’s 2.5 million overweight (SBU 2002). Itrim’s customers start with an average weight of 89.5 kg, and by completing the program achieves a ten weeks weight loss of 9.3 kg and 11.7 kg after one year.
